Printable pages
The PDF pages are exact paper size. Print at "Actual size" or 100%, never "Fit to page". Print page 1 first and hold a ruler to the mm scales on the top and left edges. They start at 0 on the grid corner, and every 30 mm should line up with 10 spots. Up to 60 pages per PDF.
